I’m a confident, competent and imaginative designer with an extensive experience working on a range of different briefs for a mixture of clients. I have an excellent approach to solving problems and using design to communicate a concept.
From a young age I have been fascinated by concept and design and the most effective ways of communicating an idea to an audience. I enjoy working to a brief, working with others to solve and explore ideas and always meeting tight deadlines.

I was very excited to be asked by the team at Kings Education to design a 3 meter square poster to feature at Boston University. The brief was to design a piece that will help make the international students feel more at home.

The Grid Creative
Junior Designer
I recently completed a contract working as a Junior designer at The Grid Creative in London. I gained experience working within a small team of Designer’s on a diverse range of projects. I completed projects from the initial conceptual stage through to the final design.
I worked closely with a number of clients including Clarks, ITV studios and QVC, meeting tight deadlines and producing a high standard of work. I worked on both Print projects and indeed digital and really enjoyed the fast paced and busy atmosphere.

Prior to graduating I was approached by The Artworks and asked to become part of their small team of freelance illustrators. During my time with The Artworks I was commissioned by a range of clients including Fisher Price, Harper Collins, Financial Times, Random House, Templar, Lloyds TSB, PORT Magazine, British Airways, The Spectator, Harlequin and more (please see website).

This intensive graphic design course was fantastic. I learnt more here than the entire three years at University. Luckily I already knew the Adobe Suite and had a vast amount of experience freelancing so I already had a kick start. I learnt how to become an employable graphic designer who can confidently take a brief and produce quality print and web design solutions to tight deadlines.
