Launched innovative items such as Warp EPP expended polypropylene protective equipment and the first three-fingered hockey gloves, designed to protect specific areas of the hands

Managed the Research & Development department; included hiring and supervision of three professional staff members, including Designers and one Sample maker

Implemented a communication procedure between the R&D, marketing and production departments; prior to this, a lack of communication existed between key departments; new procedure included weekly meetings, improved paperwork processes and an increase in information gleaned from both Manager and Production Department members

Reduced cost in baseball gloves by reengineering the products; included changing the design, material production and tooling processes

Started work with Daignault-Rolland as a Junior Industrial Designer after completing a school-related project with the company; talents recognized by company president Gilles Bossé, which resulted in immediate hire upon graduation

Became Head Designer in 1995 after only two years at Daignault-Rolland due to boss recognition of accomplishments not only as a designer, but as an efficient interdepartmental communicator
