Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) for our internal platform and website changes.
Develop user-centered design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a seamless user experience (UX).
Maintain consistency in design language, style, and visual branding across all platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and in line with the intended user experience. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including UI/UX work.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, AI tools(Microsoft Designer). Demonstrated understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. trong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and best practices, with the ability to adapt them to specific project needs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
