We are inviting proposals from interior designers with expertise in organic and Wabi-Sabi design philosophies for a service apartment and also a existing design provided. ( skp file will be provided)
Design Philosophy:
The design team should excel in creating minimalistic, aesthetically harmonious spaces rooted in the principles of organic and Wabi-Sabi design. The focus is to curate an environment that emphasizes simplicity, texture, and the intrinsic beauty of natural imperfections. The space should be visually tranquil and offer a sensory experience of calm and relaxation.
Ambiance and Emotional Impact:
Upon Entry: Guests should feel an immediate sense of tranquility and warmth as they enter. The main entrance and reception area should convey a welcoming atmosphere that resonates with comfort and elegance.
Living Spaces: Each area of the apartment should enhance the guest’s feeling of being at home, promoting a sense of peace and belonging. The aesthetic should be clean and coherent, inviting relaxation and reflection.
Overall Experience: The environment should support a lifestyle where guests can unwind and feel detached from the busyness of everyday life. Every design element must contribute to a cohesive ambiance of calmness and restorative peace.
Color and Material Palette:
Primary Color: White - to enhance the sense of space and light.
Secondary Color: Beige - to add warmth and natural tones.
Accent Material and Color: Brass - to introduce subtle, refined highlights.
This palette should be consistently applied to maintain a soothing and cohesive look throughout the property.

2BHK Suite Apartment: Luxurious and fully equipped, tailored for comfort and style.
2BHK Normal Apartment: Functional yet elegant, designed for everyday living.
1 Studio Apartment: An efficient, all-in-one living space that maximizes both comfort and function.
Reception Area: The focal point for initial guest interactions, needing to be welcoming and beautifully designed.
Twin Bedroom: Optimized for space and comfort, perfect for shared occupancy.
Queen Bedroom: A serene retreat aimed at providing supreme comfort and relaxation.
Lighting: Essential for creating the right mood and enhancing the space aesthetically.
Main Gate: The first physical touchpoint for guests, it should impress and welcome, reflecting the property’s overall design ethos.
Decor: Minimalistic yet impactful, carefully chosen to complement the overall design scheme.
Budget Considerations:
Cost efficiency is key without compromising the visual or functional quality. Proposals should suggest innovative design solutions that adhere to budget constraints while achieving the desired aesthetic and practical goals.
Submission Requirements:
Designers should submit a portfolio that includes examples of past projects within the realms of minimalism and organic aesthetics. Proposals must detail initial design concepts, anticipated challenges, and strategies for aligning with budgetary requirements.
Evaluation and Payment Terms:
To assess suitability, the selected designer will initially undertake the design of one bedroom. This trial project will help evaluate the designer’s ability to meet the project's aesthetic and practical requirements. Upon successful completion and approval of this initial phase, the designer will proceed with the remaining areas.
The budget will be allocated in different milestone, with detailed cost breakdowns provided upfront. Final payment will be made upon the successful submission of the complete SketchUp (SKP) file for each designed area, after thorough review and approval.
