We're looking for a talented Brand Designer to create a distinct brand identity and comprehensive visual guidelines. This role is pivotal in shaping our internal and external communications and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

We accomplish this by working with design strategists and connecting startups with designers who think strategically and systematically.
Responsibilities
- Define a distinguishable brand strategy, emphasizing visual identity, and actively participating in successful brand definition.
- Collaborate directly with the co-founders, Marketing Manager, and UX/UI Designers to meticulously develop comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of executing brand strategies, utilizing guidelines to craft engaging content and marketing collateral. Measure the impact of these strategies and iterate as necessary.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creating visual identities and 3+ years of experience in brand strategy.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand identity designs.
- Experience implementing professional brand guidelines for B2B companies.
- Mastery in both visual and non-visual aspects of branding, including tone and voice, brand story, storytelling, and brand personality.
- A methodical approach to documentation, understanding the importance of testing and continuous iteration.
- Experience collaborating with growth/performance marketers and website designers.
- Business-oriented with entrepreneurial experience or interest.
- Native or fluent English is a must.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe programs.
