The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in a dynamic agency environment and is adept at managing multiple projects across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute visually engaging concepts for a range of consumer-facing products, including tech/SaaS solutions and merchandise/print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications align with business objectives.
- Provide expert creative guidance and lead design initiatives from concept through completion.
- Lead meetings with junior designers and clients alike.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our designs innovative and relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven agency experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing products, tech/SaaS industries, and physical merchandise/print.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in 3D design is a significant advantage. (Blender, etc)
