We're looking for a specific designer with experience uploading print magazines to a printer using Insite or a similar program. We do 14 uploads a year. Some issues contain 164 pages, layered, heavy files. We need someone meticulous with files and organization, with a computer/hard drive to handle tons of pages.

Previous experience uploading a print magazine via a portal is essential. You collect Indesign pages from other designers, check those pages, compile, help us order the magazine, check footers, and every aspect of composing the book. You also check the Insite/portal, checking each page for errors. Schedule flexibility is a must. Ideally, you are reachable during the day. Experience and organization is required. Please let us know the former publications you have uploaded and the number of pages of those titles. We're hiring immediately. It's a part-time, flexible position, and we have the upload dates for the next year.
