We are currently seeking a talented and professional Architectural 3D Animation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of captivating 3D walkthrough animations for our ongoing architectural projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Utilize rendering software such as Corona, and Unreal Engine to create immersive 3D walkthrough animations.
• Proficiently use 3D modeling programs, including SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other compatible software, to support animation creation.
• Read and interpret architectural plans to ensure accurate representation in 3D animations.
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in the development of walkthrough animations for architectural projects.
• Possess a keen eye for design aesthetics and maintain great attention to detail in all aspects of animation creation.
• Work on a flexible hourly schedule to meet project deadlines.
• Showcase recent sample projects to illustrate your skills and capabilities.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with project turnaround times of 2-3 days.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Attend short daily check-in meetings and one review meeting on a biweekly cadence.

Examination Process:

As part of our selection process, candidates may be required to undergo an examination to assess proficiency and skills in using specified software tools and performing tasks related to 3D modeling and animation. This ensures alignment with project requirements, and declining the examination will result in discontinuation of the application process.
