The Elegant Timetraveler
What do shopping carts and ancient wheelchairs have in common? A lot, but most importantly: They look elegant from the side - forged together by many little delicate parts, as they are. Put together they also represent a certain air of movement in time. A composition in beautiful contrast with the neck-breaking arts of the snowboarder, the enduring and tough design of the board and the even tougher stuff bones are made of. After all, how many riders haven’t had to make their peace with wheelchairs from time to time? But freedom always comes. And how is that freedom not at more liberty bursting down a mountain on a piece of wood sporting encumbering equipment? This board has humour and I think boarders have too.
