when I became Designer, I developed and improved my organizational skills, leading a highly creative team of designers and work together with the development team. The challenge was to be able to coordinate and supervise the art department in order to keep high standards of execution and concept within a given amount of time. Coordination between the design team and the development team was crucial and I gained experience in working with my team and to advise the clients in order to maintain the highest quality possible for our projects.
