A design studio rooted in music, art and culture. Founded by the talented Jose Fresneda and myself.

Invited by Milton Glaser to work as an intern, and later as a freelance designer, in his Manhattan-based design studio. Worked with a small and talented team to design for clients in the areas of publishing, music, theater, film and culture.

Worked as a designer and member of the Brand Design team to bring Converse to life at events, installations and retail experiences. Traveled around the country to art direct photo shoots, launch specialty retail stores and work with various artists. Developed and designed projects from concept to completion for packaging, print and web.

Worked under the art direction of Penn State professor and Designer Lanny Sommese on various design projects. Created posters for design competitions both regionally and internationally. Submitted work for exhibitions, publications and galleries.

Interned for a full-service design studio deeply rooted in the Portland community. Scouted locations and worked on set for photo and video shoots. Collaborated with photographers, musicians and artists on projects both locally and nationally.

Completed graphic requests submitted by reporters with a crucially high level of accuracy. Worked under a constant deadline in a fast-paced news office. Served two years as Graphics Editor and attended board of directors meetings to discuss daily content and design.
