"Toolshed Studios" is the moniker under which I produce acrylic paintings and graphite sketches from photos submitted by clients. It's also where I do my art. I actually work in an old toolshed in my parent's backyard in Waterloo. It's quiet, smells ancient and gives me space to work. I like working from photos and real life and enjoy the challenge capturing what I see on paper or canvas.
I'm Jon Carney. I'm a second year student at University of Toronto studying Psychology and Art History (when I'm not working to pay my tuition). However, my oldest and favourite pursuit is drawing and painting, though I enjoy sculpture and graphic design also. Read Less
