It all started in grade school, Mr. Kaufman's class. I was a geek, smartest kid in the class and got picked on constantly. A friend, Karl, was equally as geeky as I was but he somehow got a pass because he could draw really well and would draw superheroes and such for the cool kids. I got in in my head that if I also drew superheroes and such for the cool kids, maybe I would survive the 6th grade.
I survived and I'm still drawing stuff for the cool kids. Difference is now I get paid to do it.
I got my start in the design game working in the computer lab in college. As a self-taught savant and Imagininja, I developed my unique skills designing t-shirts which then expanded into print, apparel, and web design taking my knowledge of street art and urban culture to new heights.
My work has also been featured in trades, magazines and gallery shows.
