Who Am I - Jarrad Connor

I am highly passionate, creative, and intelligent. I am always looking for and finding positive connections between people, companies, and organizations. I truly enjoy putting people together that are aligned with similar passions. I enjoy speaking with people and finding out what they are passionate about.

One of the main things that I like to study is why people do what they do. Why companies do what they do.

I study consciousness, psychology, philosophy, and cultural development with a passion always looking for new answers knowing that I will never find all of them.

I love seeing people and companies connect on multiple levels.

This includes finding ways to tie them into social consciousness endeavors with a return on investment wither it be a monetary return or a statement of position on the spirit of the individual or company.

In enjoy fitting the puzzle pieces together that allows for a sustainable fast acting business to be able to not only make money but also make the world better.

I want to work for a company that is aligned with the things that I am passionate about. What I would like to do is use all of my abilities and knowledge while working for a company that is aware of and taking action in conscious business practices, sustainability, and social/personal development.

I want to make living while at the same time making a difference on this planet finding unique ways to bring social consciousness endeavors to new markets and new ways to assist markets that are currently involved with awareness campaigns.

I would like to be involved with helping others find ways to not only make a decent living doing what they love but find a way to tie their passions into movements that are working for good.

As A Designer

Graphic design is one of my primary skills. I did not go to school for it however I believe that this is a strength. It seems like the current majority of academic design teaching seems to suck the life out of designers.

I design from the heart. Design is art to me. Yet I also understand that when you design for the masses it needs to be translated into something that can be understood. So when I design I reach for a unique balance of art and business.

When I work with a client I understand that I am a conduit for that clients vision. The objective is find a way to understand deeply the clients ideas and passions. The next step is to translate those and manifest them into the various forms of media. Balancing vision, budget, and realistic technical limitations.
