Irina is a driven award-winning designer and creative leader with more than seven years of experience in the electronics, housewares, furniture, lighting, and packaging industries.

She strives to find elegant solutions to complex design challenges, and create products that are refined, beautiful, emotive, imaginative and highly functional. She believes in delivering outstanding results on any type of project, be it a full product line for a Fortune 500 client, or a singe product for a start-up.

Prior to joining One & Co., Irina has worked with various notable design-centered companies. In 2009 she co-founded Vim & Vigor, a Manhattan based consultancy, where she was responsible for creating and maintaining all aspects of the business, from inception to growing the company into a vibrant multidisciplinary consultancy. At V&V Irina’s clients included Barnes & Noble Nook, Kitchenaid, Wedgwood, Waterford, Vera Wang, Urban Green Council, and more.

Design is Irina’s greatest passion, and has always been an integral part of her world. Growing up in a family of architects, she was exposed to a variety of creative fields through studies, travel, studio visits, and lectures. She began her design education by taking graphic and interior design courses at the prestigious Anichkov Palace Design Center in St. Petersburg. Having moved to the United States, Irina attended Rhode Island School of Design, where she received a BFA with honors in Industrial Design.

Irina's work has been honored by such awards as Red Dot, ICFF Studio, IDEA, and Spark.
Her designs are featured in Surface, Fast Company, Wired, Food and Wine, among others.
