I'm an award-winning designer, graphic artist and editor who thrives on finding visual solutions to any creative challenge. Part artist, part typographical geek and part writer, I thrive on opportunities to help business owners hone their corporate identity, refine their message and energize their brand with the perfect marriage of information and visuals.
I honed my skills in the fast-paced, hardscrabble world of journalism, where I learned to think on my feet, be creative with limited resources and wield an X-Acto knife with frightening abandon. I have worn every hat known to a journalist: reporter, copy editor, production specialist, graphic artist, photo editor, creative director. Along the way, I've earned numerous awards, including the 1999 Pulitzer Prize for breaking news; several awards for illustration and design from the Society for News Design, Print Magazine, the National Press Photographers Association and the Associated Press.
