We want to design T-shirt for the American youth. So it has to be fashionable and trendy. But at the same time, since the owner is a famous Hollywood celebrity who became Muslim, we have to make sure the designs are within the Islamic boundaries (meaning no pictures of humans or negative messages).

The brand name is TASLEEM which obviously mean SUBMISSION. The ideas of the designs should revolve around that concept of TASLEEM, submitting everything to GOD and doing good deeds, stay away from sins, make this life worth while, focus on what matters, be righteous, help others, pray, hope for heaven, help the poor, remember GOD,,,etc

There is no limit to the ideas we can use and we like to see artists creativity too. Using Islamic architecture styles, or calligraphy is not a bad idea, as long as it still appeals to Muslims and non Muslims in the west too. We also prefer designs on shirts to have a maximum of 4 colors (the fewer the better)

We want to have a logo for a start, and about 10 shirts for men (ages 15-30). And keep doing more in the future insha'Allah. our budget is around $500 US dollars for the logo and 10 designs.
