What does 100% mean to you? To me, it means I deliver content that meets all criteria of the client, and my own standards. No detail is overlooked, no color is left astray. In web design, 100% CSS and XHTML compliance is imperative, as is cross-browser compatibility. Without the two, it does not meet the 100% mark, and cannot be considered finished.
