<description>The ingenious charging station provides a safe and tidy solution for mobile phones. The station adjusts to fit any phone and is supported by the phones charger. A unique transferable rear plate allows either left or right locations to suit single or double gang sockets. The excess cable is neatly stored behind the unit for safety during use and in so doing presents a clutter free environment.

Throughout the design &amp; development of the project, HJC ensured constant focus on manufacturing processes in order to keep tooling and production costs to a minimum. This expertise allowed HJC Design to collaborate with the mould tool manufacturer by producing all mould tool data to further maintain the designs intent.</description>

HJC Design’s approach to developing a new darts scorer concentrated on fully understanding the user interface and its working environment.  The solution is a contemporary user-friendly scorer constructed from a combination of impact resistant Polycarbonate and ABS.  Ergonomic research provided the optimum button size and location, with a large LED display enhancing the enjoyment and user interaction with the product.</description>

<title>Peristaltic Pump Controller</title>
<description>Single Use Surgical manufactures high quality disposable medical instruments for minimal invasive surgical procedures. HJC was instrumental in developing a single use suction irrigator that provides high and jet flow setting for fast and effective performance during surgery. 

Reverse engineering allowed CAD models to be accurately generated to assess fit and tube routing paths.  An ingenious cam mechanism with a snap fit assembly fixes the tube against a pressure gauge to monitor and maintain pumping pressure.  The new pump controller provides constant and adjustable high pressure flow rates for optimum performance. Intuitive controls allow quick and easy set up and control within a theatre environment.  After a successful test period using vacuum cast components, HJC’s involvement continued by developing full production tooling with its Chinese suppliers. </description>

HJC developed a solution that is capable of withstanding the 1500Kg static &amp; 6KN dynamic test requirements without the need for expensive alloy reinforcement inserts. 

This new range of retractable lifelines is not only the lightest in the world, but is also the first on the market to utilize an active braking system.  The compact design and robust semi-crystalline polyamide shell protects the unique internal mechanism from the environment and user abuse, allowing the unit to be serviced at minimum cost.   HJC also provided injection mould tool designs and manufacturing data to further reduce lead times and development costs.</description>
