Every place has a memory.

Whenever the old makes way for the new, many grasp at the chance to relive the memories one last time, whether it is the old National Library, Stadium or East Coast Park McDonald’s.

Yet for every famous landmark torn down, there are many other sites that fade away silently. They remain forgotten until we try to find them years later, only to realize they now only exist in our memories.

My passion as a photographer has always been to document the little pockets of forgotten places – under-appreciated buildings and places that are inevitably left behind as society progresses.

My hope is to capture the understated beauty of these buildings: lines, planes and space that collide in the mind’s eye to form countless untold stories. Some of which may eventually live on only in photographs.
