Haydn co-founded Ennis Perry Creative in 2007 with a vision to create a full service communications studio that would form strong relationships with clients and operate as a natural extension of their business.

Senior Designer

Haydn has freelanced as a senior designer for a large part of his career, capable of managing projects from conceptualisation through to production, Haydn is a highly sought after creative.

Providing design & art direction across a wide range of projects including packaging, identity & brand development, environmental design and user interface design. In 2009 Haydn focused on packaging projects working on the the re-branding of “you’ll love coles” at Coles Myer, the brand revitalisation and re-packaging Happy Baby at Innovatio along with the brand & packaging design for Latina Kids for George Patterson Y&R.

Senior Designer

Haydn took over the senior design role at Sweet Design in 2005 with the re-brand of Malthouse Theatre being his first project.

The role at Sweet included design & art direction across a wide range of mediums including identity, branding, advertising, marketing, exhibition, environmental design, and user interface design for flash and html websites.

The role at Sweet required Haydn work closely with clients on all projects, these included; Malthouse Theatre, Victorian College of the Arts (VCASS), Intrapac Property

Senior Desiger

After freelancing for Commotion Haydn accepted a full time role with the studio. Haydn was responsible for a full overhaul of operations from creative, artwork and studio procedures to operating and management systems.

Haydn's role also included print design & development for corporate identity, branding, exhibition design, environmental graphics, retail interiors, signage systems, brochures, annual reports, flash website and user interface designs along with intranet development and design.

Main client base included; Spotless Group, Telstra, MAB, Country Racing Victoria, Interior Design Awards, Designex, Daimler Chrysler.

Head of Artwork & Design

Haydn worked with Melbourne design agency Motorgroup during a period of major expansion, Haydn played a vital role in managing the expansion process developing systems and procedures for the studio's day-to-day operations.

Haydn's extensive role included studio management, resource management, systems management & integration and production management alongside being the head of artwork and managing to take on the occasional design project.

Haydn managed major packaging projects for Mistral International, Black & Decker, PYE and Rank Arena.

With a educational background in Interactive Design & Multimedia it was natural that Haydn would take on a role with a focus on digital. Haydn work with the digital team at the Creative Factory in Melbourne for two years developing design for user interface of large scale e-commerce, commercial and flash websites.

Haydn also worked on a number of print based advertising campaigns, outdoor advertising,
corporate brochures, annual reports, exhibition design, environmental and retail interior design projects.

Clients included; Advent Software, Liquid Assets, Wine Ark, Bulla Dairy Foods, Matchbox Collectibles, Coles-Myer, Cody Advertising and Venture Partners.

Inpress Magazine

Art Director

Heavily involved with street culture, artwork & music Haydn at a young age was given the opportunity to take on the position of Art Direction at Australia's biggest street press organisation. Haydn managed the design & art direction of Melbourne based street magazines inpress, zebra and interval.

The role included cover designs, marketing and advertising campaigns including creative direction, research and development on forthcoming issues and marketing strategies.

Haydn worked for some of the biggest name in music & entertainment including; Prince of Wales Hotel (POW), Mushroom Records, Hardware Corporation, One Love, Future Entertainment, Adio, and Octave Records.

Junior Designer

Haydn's first break in the creative industry came when the team at That Works Advertising in Melbourne offered Haydn the role of junior designer and the opportunity to work along side Art Director Michael Szymanski.

Haydn gained a wealth of experience and considers the experience the most valuable of his career. Haydn worked on a wide range of projects for a range of corporate focused cliental including corporate identity, branding, brochures, annual reports, point of sale displays, in-store advertising and environment graphics.
