As an intern for Hadley, I worked one on one with the designer to pattern and assemble several garments for her upcoming collection "Echoes That Don't Answer Back." The creative energy fostered through our interaction and my introduction to her conceptual aesthetic greatly helped me understand more about myself as a designer and why I find it necessary to create.

At Charlotte Ronson, I learned important skills that furthered my education in Fashion Design and taught me what it’s like to design for a corporate fashion company instead of as a student at fashion school. As an intern I assisted with moodboard development, trend research and forecasting, color palette rendering, textile print color ways, linesheet development, tech pack development, trim sourcing, fabric sourcing, model fittings, sample closet sorting, and other organizational tasks as needed under Elizabeth, the designer for Charlotte's I Heart Ronson for JcPenny's collection.

At Tribune Photo Archives, I helped categorize, organize, scan, and package original photographs from several reputable newspapers. I work at this job during summer and winter breaks.
