Based in Amman - Jordan, Hamdi Shawqi is a visual artist, designer and illustrator with a background in Graphic Design. His work focuses on painting, digital arts, drawing, installation. Over the last few years, Shawqi has illustrated for poems and the written word. In his drawings, he seeks to distort his surroundings and to find the junctions between the norm and the mutilated.
