I was born and grew up in Trento.
I did a degree in Economics at the University of Brescia, writing my thesis on "Fast Algorithms for Statistical Variable Analysis" and then worked for a year as a researcher at the university.
I've been EDP (Electronic Data Processing) chief at an Italian company for six years, then took several professional photographic courses in Brescia, Firenze and Schaffhausen, which inspired me to become a professional photographer.

I've been one of the first photographer in Italy to manage Digital Imaging (more than 20 years ago) and I taught professional courses on this subject in both Bergamo and Milan.

I have contributed to over 25 books, mainly on art and nature, both as a photographer and author.
Over the last few years, I have developed my skills in web design, including programming in HTML, asp, js and xml.

Now I'm now developing photos for the VRLM (Virtual Reality Modeling Language), 360 panorama, virtual tour and Gigapixel Images for web applications.
