My jewellery is reduced to an essence, perhaps recognized as something known and familiar, but not quite definite. I am drawn to food, more specifically, anything sweet. To achieve this effect, I use concrete; a material that gives a painterly texture and a sensual quality that is reflected in desserts and confections.
