Objective: These Vertical Market Brochures, designed as a sales process tool that compliments the Corporate Brochure, for TeleTech and the new rebranding and positioning exercise, "Your Customer Management Partner". Each brochure focuses on each of the targeted vertical markets we support; Travel and Leisure, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Communications and Media.
Solution: Leveraging the design assets from the Corporate Brochure, we incorporated them into the Vertical Brochures to ensure a consistent look and feel. The brochures use connecting messages through the die-cuts on the front cover - to articulate the most important issues customers face in each of these industries.
We further developed the overall solution to allow the vertical brochures to ship with the corporate brochure in a custom pocket folder that kept the two together with supporting sales sheets and case studies. The campaign maintains its vernacular consistency by using the campaign's message of, "you are a customer too". Custom iconography was developed to illustrate the different vertical markets and they were used across all mechanics for consistency and information.
The brochures were translated in 5 different languages; English, Queen's English (UK), Portuguese, and Spanish - and shipped and distributed to all international offices in the US, Asia-Pac, UK, and Latin America countries.
