Michael Cinco was born in the south of Samar, Philippines in 1971. Fond of watching old Hollywood movies, he dreamed of dressing the screen sirens with his creations. In 2003 he opened his own couture house in Dubai offering unique wedding dresses and glamorous evening gowns.
