The internship at redBus.in consisted of several project for improving the experience and was done as part of my PG course at National Institute of Design.
Main focus was on designing a new product called CustRD for the call center employees which would make servicing customers easier. The project followed the entire design journey and was user centric to the employees. Also designing the operator micro-site for SEO purpose.
