Me Empowered (or me) is a non-profit program introduced in schools that teaches students life lessons, healthy coping skills, and the power of communication. “me” seeks to provide children with the tools, resources and know-how so that they feel empowered, as if they can face anything and know exactly what to do.

Students can choose one of these colorful journals to use as they walk through the program. The journals are filled with writing and doodling prompts that help kids go on the journey of finding a creative outlet all while helping them to build self-esteem, resiliency and self-expression.
Posters are placed around the school to build hype over the program before it comes to the school and a push to the interactive website once the program begins.
