    Bring back to London today life the culture of farmers’ markets, make sure that the squares of the markets are still populated by people, colours and sounds.
    Time is a very important element in daily life that now is not considered, we need to find the time to stop, to taste, to be together, to meet and the market square is the ideal and natural location .
    Besides the social element related to the food culture is also essential, the importance of eating quality products, fresh and, above all, from a safe place. Many families today do not bother to buy packaged foods, full of chemical ingredients and preservatives.
    The project aims to promote farmers’ markets and their culture in London, through a series of events and information material. It is important to know where the markets are located within the city, what products are available and the origin and history of each farmer. Each manufacturer produces and sells a specific and limited range of products, with special and local ingredients.
    The goal is to achieve growth of local markets within the city, a greater knowledge and awareness of the daily consumed food quality and participate in the livelihood of the local economy in an environmentally friendly manner and without waste. This is because by consuming our own resources, we help, albeit minimally, to support global and sustainable fair trade.
