iThoughts iOS icon design
I was already a fan of this mindmapping application on my iPad, but the existing icon at the time was a poor representation of the quality of the app itself. I contacted the developer and we set about creating this new main app icon. It was agreed early on that this ought to represent the visual aspect of working in the app itself, hence the network of connected nodes.
As always most of the work is developed and kept in vector format (in Illustrator) for maximum flexibility prior to creating the pixel output files.
