Interaction Design
This project was a done as a part of the interaction design course at NID guided by Mr. Rupesh Vyas.
A website for the centralised system of medical records of a person. The aim of this concept: Centralised System of medical records and portability of a persons medical history. It also includes simple visualisations of the patients vitals, a medical dictionary and links to Google Body. The user can access his history through a WEBSITE or a PHONE APPLICATION and can avail a service of reminders for appointments and medicines. The information would be centralised and can only be accessed by hospitals and pharmacies with the help of a MEDICARD that will be provided to the patient. This kind of a system will be really helpful in emergency situations like accidents, where the medical history of a patient can be accesed just  swiping a card.
Hence avoiding any delay in medication due to lack of relevant medical data.

Initial Research involved study of design factors and design models, existing practices and cultures, convenience and accessability of users, constraints, objectives and other possibilites. After this, I chose my focus area depending upon the information I had to deal with.

INFORMATION: Medical Records ( Test Reports, Follow up sheets, Prescriptions, etc.)
OBJECTIVE: Organise > Understand > Mobilize
INTERFACE: Website/ Portal

The final data flow was charted out once the focus area was set. Followed by this was the website wireframe making and prototyping stage.
