"cru." is a restaurant of raw food, but not only vegan/vegetarian raw food, it also includes raw meat and fish.
All the branding stand up for its rawness (it pretends to be very clear without being simple) as raw food, it doesn't have a heavy manipulation process, but it's taste is great.
