coffee cart sign
Started with a photo I took of the coffee bar within the coffee/book store. We wanted to make sure it felt like an extension of the original store front.
Used the existing logo from within there branding.
( I actually like this brand a lot. I think its strong and feels like a coffee joint.)
This is an element of vector that has been used in other signage within the coffee/book store. It is usually used exactly as it is shown here, to contain text or pricing. I felt that we should incorporate the curves of this element in a slightly different way. The goal is to start using the brand element in a series of more flexible applications for the future.
The finished design looks and feels like the coffee/book store wile offering some small changes to the brand to help drive it into a more modern and younger look. This should tie the free standing coffee bar to the walk in store wile giving it a little bit of a free spirited look and feel. It is out on its own after all.
Finally the printed sign is in and ready to be hung in its place on the free standing coffee bar. That not me holding the sign.. Thank Don for being my lovely assistant on this.
