  • Sculpture Animated by Airplane Movements

    Atlanta International Airport
The frequent starts and landings at the world’s busiest airport are the inspiration and  “kinetic raw material” for the art piece. The actual airplane movements trigger animations on the suspended sculpture in real time.
The physical volume of the sculpture represents the “field of motion” in a dynamic shape.

Jamie Barlow, Dan Goods, Nikolaus Hafermaas
Produced by Uebersee, Inc. | Completion in summer 2012
