adiNeue custom fonts by Joancarles Casasín (BaseLab) @sr_casasin, 2010
Designed in 2011 for the "all in" campaign launch, created by Sid Lee, this font is drawn to fit the logo of the worldwide known company. The brief asked me to respect 100% the geometrical build of its current logo (dating from the 60's) and its characterist neogrotesque 's' in the logotype of the brand. So I did.
This picture (phone, sorry for the quality) is from the first time I saw the font in use, in the adidas shop in Barcelona, back in early 2011. It was an amazing experience.
