This is the first 3 pages of a project that was above and beyond my normal job duties that I took on with pleasure. In 2010, Zones, Inc. rolled out Windows 7 and Office 2010 computers to all its departments. I was tasked with creating a simple internal user guide to help all departments with the look and feel of the new system. I also, did over 20 hours of group training in webinars, in person and with PowerPoint. I taught our internal training department on how to create self-running narrated PowerPoint presentations in the place of live meeting recording; saving out company time and resources in the 10ks.
