We have known Jeremy Picker for quite a while, both as a client when we did work for his companyAMB3R and also as a long time friend. Therefore, we felt honored and privileged when we were asked to create the invitions for Jeremy and Zofia's wedding.

Challenge
Rather than a traditional invitation, Jeremy and Zofia wanted to send out a folded screen printed poster inviting guests to their wedding.

The couple was inspired by vintage theater posters and other posters featuring classic woodcuts. They wanted to combine this with a clean, modern styling.
Solution
Their wedding colors were coral and lagoon. We wanted to integrate these colors into the posters in a way that wasn't overwhelming. Therefore, we left plenty of white space on the poster to retain the wedding feel. We used modern typography and illustration techniques blending with some vintage style to create a poster that reflected the couple for this special occasion. The design was then printed by Ryan Nole at Kangaroo Press.
