Zizzi Earls Court London - Buffalo Bill
- Wall Mural for Zizzi Ristorante Earls Court, London.Zizzi Ristorante are an Italian restaurant chain with over 100 restaurants across England. They approached me last summer to ask if I would pitch to create an art wall for their brand new restaurant in St. Pauls, London. This led to being offered the chance to create a mural as part of the full refurbishment of their Earls Court branch.
Below you can see the various designs pitched as well as the process on site in London. Hope you like it, thanks for looking!
This is the original imaged pitched for the St. Pauls site, which wasn't used.

This was the first image that i proposed for the Earls Court site, which featured famous people who had lived in the area over time.

This is the chosen image, this time on a completely different theme; Buffalo Bill was an American showman who brought his world-famous show to Earls Court in 1887 to celebrate Queen Victoria's Jubilee year.
I chose to focus not on the show itself, but on Bill's life leading up to his career as a showman and the different jobs he worked.

Completed Mural

Zizzi like to have their artists finish of the wall on re-opening night, whilst their are customers eating and watching.

A quote that I wrote on a different wall in the restaurant...
'When a man is tired of London he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford' - Samuel Johnson- Thanks for looking!
