This was my submission for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs T-shirt contest back in 2009. The members of the band, (who are apparently avid T-shirt collectors) sent out an email to everyone on the YYY's mailing list requesting that their fans come up with a fresh T-shirt design. So I spent a hot, lazy summer afternoon illustrating this design based on the werewolf in the band's video for their single "Heads Will Roll" off the album "It's Blitz." According to the band, there were quite a few good submissions and "it was near impossible to choose just one design to print." If only they had picked mine!
