Workshop Coffee is a young, but well established specialty coffee roaster, restaurant and coffee bar in London. After first opening in 2010 with the shared name of Australian company "ST. ALi," the restaurant consistently made the list of top coffee shops in the city. However, a year of growth that included a second location, created a diverging path that led to London's rebrand as Workshop Coffee Co. to blaze its own trail forward.
