Woodoir Noir jewelry
Woodoir Noir is a collection of jewlery made out of scrap material from carpenter's workshop Močvarni hrast. Forms come from seemingly opposing types of shapes: organic - as a result of growth, internal stress, diseases and parasites, and geometric - a result of standard wood treatment processes: cutting and joining.

Forms come from seemingly opposing types of shapes: organic - as a result of growth, internal stress, diseases and parasites, and geometric - a result of standard wood treatment processes: cutting and joining.
Design method used was direct action, without drafts and sketches, knowingly accepting the randomness of forms in pieces found on the workshop floor. Special attention was put to coloristic effects of different wood tones, finest surface treatment, with eco-friendly DYI cardboard and sawdust packaging.
