The first Wine Box Light Prototype, above, carved form a 3 bottles wood box, contains a short yellowish fluorescent tube behind a vegetal paper film that diffuses the light through the letters on the front and the stripes on the back.

The Moulin Rouge Lamp, the second and last prototype for this project, was made from  a large single bottle box. On its 4 long sides and its top, the words Freedom, Beauty, Peace & Love were cut to represent the spirit of the bohemian 1890s Paris shown in the film that gives name to this lamp.
