The following images comprise the basics of the website for Wildcat precision Machining (WPM). The art direction with the client was handled by all parties (both the client and contractor), the back-end was developed by Robert Fitzpatrick, while the design and content was developed by both Michael and Robert Fitzpatrick.
The industrial sector provides a unique challenge to both designer and client. Sometimes the details of the work being performed are highly technical, understood well by the client's representative; however, not fully appreciated by the designer. In addition, the client can be often swamped with work leaving little time to communicate with the designer or to pull valuable resources to develop content.
WPM solved these issues through both educating the design team on the critical areas of their business and allowing us the latitude to develop the website without micromanagement. It is a credit to John Ralls, Preetham S., James Alexander and his whole team for the excellent work they did working with us through the project.
For the website launch a T-shirt was designed for the employees, featured below.
