I treated my own wedding like I would a branding project. We decided on a "Bawlmer" theme, starting with the ubiquitous pink plastic flamingo. From the venue (the Baltimore Museum of Industry) to the favors (Berger Cookies and Goetze's Caramel Creams), everything reflected how much we love the city. The centerpieces were vintage Baltimore bottles of all shapes and sizes. Guests enjoyed Natty Boh beer cans. There were even actual plastic flamingos dotting the event space—and a professional Bawlmer Hon greeted and mingled with guests.
