These wedding invitations were sent to relatives and friends from around the world to a wedding in South Africa. As it took place during Spring, I used matching colors - white, green, blue and light pink. The design

is both aesthetic and romantic, with some vintage details and a few drops of charm. The wedding invitation contains three parts: invitation card, directions of how to get to the wedding and a map. It provides advice of how to travel to the wedding from London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Cape Town or Lithuania in a more charming way. 

When the map is unfolded, each layer reveals different images and symbols (e.g. the compass stands for finding the right way and travelling from across the world while the four-leaved clover stands for good luck). 

Instead of place cards I created birds made from maps. Like birds, guests came from across the world to find their seats at the wedding.
