My wife asked me to design our wedding invitations, and who could say no to that face? Like many people with a common name, I have been known by a variation of my last name ever since someone realized "Matt" just wasn't specific enough. My twin sisters are "The Finks" and my father was known as "Fink" in his own time.
Referencing my family's moniker on our invitations alludes to marriage's identity component where two people willingly relinquish their separate identities to become one family. The titling also breaks from traditional invitation formality, setting a playful tone for our wedding.
