When mom & dad celebrated their 25th anniversary, they organized a surprise dinner party with all the family, and I was really astonished! The year later (2010) I decided it will be my turn. I make my plan and ask my brother to help me.
First of all, we knew how much mom & dad love to try new food, so I called two trusted chefs, Massimo e Antonella, and ask them to cook in our kitchen (yes, they do that for job!). They agreed and we plan together the menu (considering allergies, intolerances, etc… of both of them).
Then I scanned old pictures of their marriage and realized THE menu in order to make them happy and a bit nostalgic.
