This article is for a food blog I created after I was unable to place said article with a larger publication. I learned a lot about coding (HTML) and the Wordpress platform while building the site. I was actually glad to have the freedom to apply my own word count, since this story, which includes observations of three days worth of preparation, definitely demanded a longer conversation.
