A magazine all about lost and found.
Editors Letter from the first issue telling you exactly how it came about :
After handing in our final major project at uni, Katie and I went to Nandos to celebrate. After getting our chicken fix, we wandered around Covent Garden having one of those inevitable post-uni, ' what the hell now?' conversations- when out of nowhere seemed to come a sign. On the floor was a postcard with 'England is Cool' scribbled across it. A random find but one that got us to thinking. Like the second coming it came to us: to bring Waifs & Strays magazine to life. The idea was in its embryonic stages from a uni project Katie had done, but that patriotic postcard seemed to bring the idea in to sharp focus.
So here it is Waifs & Strays magazine . We hope you enjoy it and get a big kick out of attics, trolleys, obscure bookshops and ' 90's' nostalgia as we do.
